Through this session, participants will learn how to build a continuous school improvement model designed to foster collective teacher efficacy. Specific elements of the program to be discussed include establishing collaborative inquiry groups, creating an instructional coaching model aligned to the overall school improvement plan, and re-imagining professional learning experiences.
