This session will detail the successful development and implementation of a class called Education Pathway Experience, designed to give junior and senior students interested in a career in the field of education insight into and experience with different aspects of teaching or possible other career choices within the field.
Hamilton County CUSD 10 implemented blended learning at the start of the 2013-14 school year in 2nd grade. After seeing tremendous results, the program expanded to grades Kindergarten-6th grade over the next several years. An evaluation based on NWEA's Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) shows students in grades using blended learning outperform students not using a blended learning model.
