This session will explore why using phenomena is important for science instruction, how using phenomena has changed with the Next Generation Science Standards, the different types of phenomena, & what free resources are currently available to help teachers do this easily and effectively!

With NGSS, teachers are needing to give students more responsibility with learning science content. Open ended, hands on activities are the ideal way.
