I enjoy supporting school districts to improve curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices through systemic innovations.  By collaborating with teacher and district leaders, I facilitate program evaluation and implementation in such areas as assessment literacy, learning progressions, and teacher evaluation. My experience collaborating on  state-wide mathematics curriculum and assessment work has allowed me to work with many school systems to design and implement standards-based systems. In the recent years, I have been helping districts use classroom assessment data to address student learning gaps.
